My firsties will be learning about animal teeth and their own dental health this week. The book "What if You Had Animal Teeth" is such a fun, informational text that tell how animals use their teeth while illustrating children with each animal's teeth. Students love these illustrations!
In my TpT packet, students will demonstrate comprehension and writing skills with this book, "Nice Try Tooth Fairy" and "Just Going to the Dentist."
In the follow up craftivity, students will create their own picture with the animal teeth of their choice.
A healthy and unhealthy habits sort will show students what things are good and bad for their teeth.
